I enjoyed the story, and was pleased with how it ended. Highly recommended.. Enjoyable experience that makes you think - "What would I really do?" and have the consequences of your actions.. I had a good time with this game. If you can get it and the Planetary Exploration "xpac" it does add some elements which are sorely lacking from the main game. As others note, it's not a strategy game, you will lose people and the random chance element does mean that you can do everything right and still lose everyone. Since I have to choose one or the other, I'll say "Recommend" but know what you're getting in for first.. I can describe most of the features of this game with the word 'solid', from the writing, to the gameplay, to the characters and coding. None of these things truly stand out as exceptional, but together they produce a game that I found both addictive and memorable.While it lasted at least, be aware that this game is 'very' short. While that time is lengthened a far bit by the game being pretty hard (in a good way), the story lasts about four hours.Those hours are certainly good ones however, and the art and moral choices both stand out as being a cut above most offerings at this price. Together, this game is very easy to recommend.. A fun indie VN with base management that tells the tale of a group of colonists trying to survive on an inhospitable world.. Not sure how to put Early Access Review on this review but thats what this is lolTNW was a fairly interesting game. It can be short if you try to rush through it and it can be challenging as heck or atleast it was when I was testing it. But maybe i was just making the wrong choices lol.The story is interesting and something I have not really seen before. Its interesting to see a mix of colony management and visual novel.I think its pretty well done and i recomend people who enjoy reading science fiction stories, visual novels, lite management games and choose your own adventure stories to play the game. Sometimes i felt like a few choices in the game didnt matter much but thats just me and thats how all other Choose Your Own Adventure stories always feel like to me lol.Overall its a fairly good game, with an interesting if not a little short story. But it is an interesting game none the less.
